just recieved 3 great pieces of music. the first is the kid606/split on fatcat.i really like this guy,really clever stuff.not to keen on the other side though. the other is a cd by hem on microwave.i have been buying a few microwaves of late and this one is great. it sounds a bit like oval and autechre.best of the bunch.it also says on the back of the cd that hem is geiom of neo ouija.this is the same guy mear from mask 300. i also got the cuts and clicks on mille plateaux.i gotta have a good listen to this one as theres loads to take in,still i recommend it. frank;) ____________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? I've never actually heard anyone describe kid606's music as 'clever'. 200 bpm distorted amens intercut with a hardcore 4 on the floor beat, overlaid with plugo/max/hyperprism wankery doesn't exactly grab me as 'clever'. But then again, maybe his new stuff IS smart as I can't be fucked to pick any of it up.
