(Fax) >40 abstentions >Winner: Biosphere: Substrata (All Saints) The clear winner is "abstentions". I missed that, was it a seven inch? What Label? As you can see from my humorous response, I don't really agree with the methodology used to generate the results to this popularity contest. I didn't "learn" anything. I think the response last time the new method was under scrutiny was that the old method produced a lot of 1 vote albums (or choices). What's wrong with that.
