I looked all over the English pages too. Nowhere to be seen. But the question remains, what bloody use is it to the majority of people on this list in Japanese. Is there an English version? I'm sure when they have the time to put up the translated version, it will go up. if you look in the URL, you'll see 9801 (meaning 1998, Jan.) so I'm sure it will be updated to the english version before 9802.
