i can't believe that richard is as occupied with the prodigy as everyone is making him out to be. in fact, i really HOPE that he's not as occupied as everyone is saying. come on. you'd think he'd have better things to do than release parodies of crappy techno/garbage (i still like music for the jilted generation, though. in fact, it's rather ironic that the intro track for that album there's a guy typing on his typewriter and saying "so, i've decided to take the music back underground, to keep it from falling into the wrong hands" ha! i bet they laugh to themselves every time they hear that.)/whatever. first thing i thought of when i heard come to daddy was nine inch nails, not prodigy. anyway... alan! np:trainspotting ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com

Nine Inch Nails or Prodigy (or Moby, for that matter), same difference. If RDJ were making a "serious" attempt at this style he would have produced more tunes along this line. He's spoofing electronic music that wants to sound like it's "badass", but at the same time wants it to succeed on the charts. I recall an interview where he talks about trying for a #1 single - and a song in the style of "Come to Daddy" is a lot more likely to do it than "Flim" or "Bucephalus Bouncing Ball". My $0.02. GD
