is there anyone that has their computer connected to a tape deck that could dub the live Ae .ra show at the Sony Japan Techno page??? I have such a piss poor set up, I can even listen to HD .ra files, not alone realtime! anyways, please email if you can help... thanks! I've tried to download the file but am real sketchy on how to actually get the file. Here's the actual site: pnm://media.sme.co.jp/~SonyTechno/ae.ra I've tried FTP and Netscape but couldn't get the file. Can anyone help? Rusty PS: The file is only up on the site till Oct. 31.

in short, downloading *this* .ra file is not an option. .ram files with a pnm address like this one stream audio from a RealAudio server (vs. http server). The .ra file in question is in the user directory ~SonyTechno which, in this case, is not accessible via http or ftp. other server set-ups can be different and possibly allow for a workaround.
