OK, I admit that I was out of town and away from idm for two or three weeks, so this may have already mentioned already... ...but a clerk at a local shop pointed out a wonnerful 12" compilation that has what I believe to be an exclusive Mike Paradinas track, "Hi-Q." If it hasn't been mentioned yet, I'd be happy to post more info and a review. If it has, then go back to whatever you were doing. (Yes, the track is listed under the name "Mike Paradinas," not a pseudonym.) -w. -- Warren Lapham (ceremony-owner@monkey.org) laps@monkey.org (laps@umich.edu) http://www.monkey.org/~laps/ (laps@m-net.arbornet.org)

I know there's a Mike Paradinas track called "Shponk" on "The Future Sound Of Jazz Vol.3" double disc(import title, as I think the US version is labeled as Vol.2), along with 'at the time' unreleased METAMATICS track (now released)... I think you are referring to the "From Beyond Vol. 1" - 12" (Interdimensional Transmissions), which I do believe is an exclusive track! -D In a message dated 9/8/97 2:31:26 PM, laps@monkey.org wrote:
