sigh.. it's just "too tricky" to do it lynx? they pull off this netscape/java[script] crap and lynx is "too tricky"? I'll never understand... (I must be unreasonable, right?) On Tue, 26 Aug 1997 09:37:20 -0700 (PDT), I wrote:

tricky my ass.. to make a version without java at least would be simple.. he would have to get rid of that shit script that makes the thumbnails appear and put the thumbnails down in the frame with the price info and it would look just as good.. it doesn't even need the extra frame.. it could all be done without java.. and still look the same, the only thing is that a new entire page would be loaded up instead of just the thumbnail changing and the price info in the extra frame. really. time or money has nothing to do with it (hm.. maybe it does, if they would have to pay someone) but I know I could change it within the course of an hour, if not 20 minutes. and again, to those who told me before about the brilliant design vs. the shit design: *It would look exactly the same!* i dunno does lynx support cgi scripts? if it does then this would work for lynx too.. __ __\ \ / /_\ \ \_____/ www.freq-div.home.ml.org
