Well, this is what is say to everyone: by all means link my pages all you want, mirror my discographies and the pics, since they are not "mine" in the first place. I'm not that possessive: in fact I would be flattered :) What is mine, though, IMHO, is the *work* I've done and the trouble I've seen in gathering this material together, so I'd like to get some credit, at least. That would make me very happy. And what makes me sad, of course, is the idea that someone else makes money on the work I've done. But that's the spirit of capitalism and free enterprise, isn't it, and I shoudn't complain if I want to be in that game myself? ;) I believe, first and foremost, that information wants and *should* be free. But just gimme some credit for what I've done, man :)

If that were really part of the spirit of capitalism and free enterprise there wouldn't be any such thing as copyright law . . . -- ::: Lazlo (lazlo@swcp.com; http://www.swcp.com/lazlo) ::: Internet Music Wantlists: http://www.swcp.com/lazlo/Wantlists

My comment above was meant as sarcastic. I don't claim to be anything else than a layman with what comes to copyright laws, but let's say that a gigantic multinational corporate conglomerate can afford to hire better lawyers than I can ever even imagine...
