i picked a 12" ep recently by buscemi called 'la plus belle africaine' on downsall plastics. the label address is in belgium. the music is a mix of french headz and house with some nice, smooth funky bass. anybody have info on these cats? thanks, johnny

Yep, they are from .be, although it's just one guy. He released 1 12" so far, with another in the works. I have one track on a cd-comp which sounds quite nice and just like what you described. Further details (info on the guy, label, blablabla) available (meaning not on me right now) if required. _downsall plastics_ is apparently a (sub)label of _lowlands_, the .be distribution/label company. dv8
