ok, so I saw the Ninja tune thing on Sat, and loved (most of) it. Today I put on my Can'tStand the Beatz....etc. comp, and noticed, well, everything seemed REALLY slow in comparison to what was presented live. Obviously Funki Porcini(who spun some jungle type stuff, which seems to depart from the his cds that i own), the Up Bustle and Out djs and everyone there Sat. would spin stuff that was faster and got the crowd dancing...maybe most of it wasn't their material, but, well, my question: I don't have that much N.T. stuff, can anyone recommend some material by people on this label that appraoches the style(faster trip-hop/ trip-hop jungle mesh)of their live stuff? I'd really appreciate it :) thanks andy ps this is not to say that i don't enjoy the laid back, jazzy trip-hop stuff I've got, I really like that as well, but I think i need to explore this genre more....

I'm hoping more artists will do slower jungle tracks (~120 bpm) because it can really rock out. Here are my faves: Tom Jenkinson - 'Bubble'/'Squeak' (at 33) Source Direct - 'Web of Sin'/'Stone Killer' (at 33) Wagon Christ - 'London Is a Country' Amon Tobin - 'Easy Muffin' GD
