Weird one. The front of it mentions that it comes with a "...bonus maxi 12" token with extra lives!". But the cat. of the bonus 12" turns out to be CAT-046 which is _Feelings on a Screen_ with a hastily etched "EP2" on it. Wassup there - maybe the old _Feelings_ is in this pack, making way for newer stuff (although this extra 12" sounds newer than the main _Desktop Robotics_ 12"). Jeff? I'll review it in a bit. Basically, very similar to _Module 2_ with sounds and melody snippets that could almost be remixes. Completely gorgeous in every respect. But then I'd say that about Gianluigi if he was gargling cough mixture or something. || [CiM] || simonw@sol.ftp.com || http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Alley/4492/

CiM - you must be working a promo (lucky pup!!) the 2nd vinyl should contain live versions of "Asteroids over Berlin" and another familiar costanzian gem-a-jingle or two. both slabs should be CAT051 (released first but with later catalog #, in traditional rephlexian fashion) Feelings on a Screen IS about 12 months newer material, and sounds it. if yours has a label with tracklistings, we can trace whether there's been a runcout groove scratching or packing error (wouldn't be the first time would it). FFWD to rabid trainspot auction circa 1999 with CiM auctioning said promo for trade for HAB1 and original early black dog vinyl. the CDROM, which was delayed a little, but i believe is ready now, is a tasty, although unfortunately PowerMac only version of PacMac (with bitchin' 3D graphics). BW soundtracked the Rephlex version, not the shareware version available elseware. peeeeeeeeeece, Jeff Davis <pHlow> ____--~~~~~~vvvv~~~~ oooo812.831.7846 jjdavis@xnet.com____---- ( ( ( vvvv ~~~~~~ooooooooooooo ___----( ( \ \ \ \ \ vvv ooooooooooooooooooo ____---- ( \ \ \ \ \ \ \ http://www.xnet.com/~jjdavis/

I am in the dark about the Desktop Robotics. I was to believe that it was 2x12" + CD-ROM. But recently I, like many others saw that release post with the Bochum Welt - D.R. CDS plus release date. After seeing that I called my local record shop to order this and I was wondering... Did I just order the CD-ROM. and the 12" or just the CD-ROM???? Wait a minute! You're getting me all confused here. So Feelings on a Screen and Desktop Robotics are being packaged together on viynl as CAT051? And Feelings on a Screen is only going to be available seperately on CD(CAT046CD?)?
