I wouldn't be so condemning. What if he really has changed his mind and realized that you can't get around by fooling people like that? Obviously he has a conscience, since he finally sent the stuff. He could just have unsubbed from IDM. Now if he also sends the other stuff, and if he postes an apology to the list, I really think we should clear his name and forgive him, it would if nothing else lighten up the atmosphere on the list a bit.
