Unfortunately, you'll have to ask Pete Ashdown (pashdown@XMission.COM). Andy Thomas (ambient list listmeister) and I got over to Energy at about 1 AM, only to find that we were hearing the strains of "Radio Babylon" out the back door as we walked up which heralded the end of their set :-( Anyway, Mark and Tom apparently both just spun (as suspected) and they played some Jedi Knights stuff in addition to whatever other stuff they spun. Each of them spun a separate set. The trouble with San Francisco is that there's too much good stuff going on at once :-) We were trying to shuttle back and forth between Energy and the Organic party (Expansion), and our timing was bad. We should have gone to Energy first and come back to Organic later ... Someone whom we assumed was Ian B. (Eon) Loveday and someone whom Andy i.d.'d as Baby Ford spun interesting sets, and The Joyride played a really cool live set in between them. Alas, we missed J. Saul (Depth Charge) Kane as well, as he must have either have gone on at the very start or at some point well after 4 AM. Oh well ... :-( Can't be in two places at once, unfortunately. I still had a great time at both parties nonetheless. - Greg
