I haven't been following this thread very closely, so I may be going over old ground, sorry if I am, but AFAIK 'DJ food' started out as a title of a compilation series (compiled/produced by Coldcut) of material intended for DJ's. When more and more people starting asking for 'DJ food stuff', they decided to turn it into DJ Food, the artist. So it is indeed just an alias. Otto
