Not entirely IDM but he's on Warp now. How rare's this CD: MEKANOID by Jimi Tenor & his Shamans. Shaman 1984. It seems to be independent Finnish Release. Proto-industrial weirdness from 1984. I found it in a second-hand shop. Is this very rare and valuable at all? Is anybody out there interested in it? Is anybody out there? The year is misprinted for some reason, the actual year of release is 1990. I think this CD is not very rare, you see it in bargain bins here in Finland from time to time. Interesting stuff for Jimi fans and completists, though. Here's the complete tracklist for those of you interested (from http://www.uta.fi/~trerra/tenor.html): Jimi Tenor & His Shamans Mekanoid SHAMANSCD 2 1990 1. Splash 2. Blasted With Extacy 3. Snooker (Memphis) 4. Luxurious Loneliness 5. Blood On Every Flag 6. Destroy 7. Gravitation 8. Television 9. Hey You 10. Snooker (Tekno) 11. Ugh 12. Business Wise 13. 380 V (Le Petomane) Jimi Tenor: Vox, Sax ... Enver H: Programming, Synth ... Hande Virkki: Bass Tero Kling: Drums Ilkka Mattila: Guitar
