CDnow have LOTS of Esplendor Gemoetrico in their catalogue. Anyone got a suggestion of something worth looking into? Also, if anyone's interested, they've got Mu-ziq's Urmur Bile Trax Vol 1/2 on Advance Order there for a mere $10.99 US which sounds like a good idea- I've already ordered my copy (being in Australia makes finding all this stuff even more difficult and expensive!) Peter. On now: Mu-ziq, Tango N' Vectif. Pretty cool, but I find it (shock horror!) a bit repetitive, beatwise at least. On next: Aphex SAW II or perhaps some Dr Who videos :) -- "We are the future" -Future Sound Of London "Let's get lost in intergalactic punk rock hip hop" -Pop Will Eat Itself Homepage: http://www.cia.com.au/raven email: raven@cia.com.au shell: peterh@alpha.maths.unsw.edu.au !!! BUY ALL OF IT! they were YEARS ahead of their time....... distorted drum machines, noise, electronics...... it's like early aphex twin but from the mid 80's Their works would be considered idm artist of the year material if they were a new artist but it is over 10 years old. The more recent stuff is a bit more commercial (for total lack of better way of explaining it) but still good. And they were from spain of all places. If you find any of it on vinyl(usually it is in the $50-$200 range, although most has/is being reissued on cd) buy it it is sequenced so you can drop it into hard experimental sets and watch the crowd freak.... collin(showing his roots again)strange? the strange organization 445 e. 9th st ny.ny.10009 212.505.3025
