A friend sent me this info on an upcoming Depeche Mode single... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Depeche Mode release a new single, 'Barrel Of A Gun' on February 3, 1997 on Mute. The single also includes 'Painkiller' and several remixes of both tracks, by disparate dance luminaries Underworld, 3 Phase, One Inch Punch and Plastikman. 'Barrel Of A Gun' is released simultaneously on two CD's and 12-inch vinyl formats. The CD's come in special reverse jewel cases, while the 12-inch has a gatefold sleeve. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Wow... ^^^^^^^ Wow - first time I'm seeing his name in several years. He used to do some of the best post-Detroit acid trance in the '92-94 period. Anyone know what he's been up to of late? This has to be one of my alltime favorite acid tracks. Whenever I hear this in a club/party I go mad. I'm a very quiet person, but when this hits the speakers I just can't contain myself ! Problem is, I've never seen this anywhere and I do not own it so every time I hear it I consider it a great gift from the DJ. I know all you guys buy a lot of stuff to use in your DJ sets or just to listen to at home, but something can be said for going to a party and hoping that one of you favorite tracks that you do not have is going to be played. dv8
