i just got this from a guy on the ambient list. i paid too much
for it, but since the cd version was the first current-era ambient
release i ever bought (28 months and a shitload of dollars ago),
it's got a lot of sentimental value. mine sounds pretty good except
for the first side of record one.

one sure can't spin the cd version backwards, deep in the mix, or
abuse it some other way like one can the vinyl...
