electroliners is two dj's from san francisco: dj dan and jim hopkins. all i've heard from them is the 12" "loose caboose" (on Twitch records) which is a funky breakbeat track with lots of 303 gurgles and a huge train sample in it. lots of transforming effects. totally obvious dance floor material but somehow incredibly satisfying. also features a bassbin twins remix on the flip. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jon Drukman jsd@cyborganic.com -------------------------------------------------------------------------

There's a nice remix on a track by Rob Tissera, called "Kick Up The Volume". The label appears to be "00.01". The A-side is cool too. West Coast breaks stuff. DJ Dan (half of Electroliners) is doing a mix CD for VRG Records, due out shortly.
