Eh? Japanese issues of the original Neu! albums? Unless there's a new
batch of boots running amok, I don't think they exist yet (but we can all
pray). Amon Duul CDs, yes, but I think Rother & Dinger are still having a
colossal pissing contest over the rights.

If I had to rate 'em (and I don't), I'd say that the first Neu has it all
over Musik von (which certainly is great). The thing about MvH is that it
sounds exactly like what you'd think it would- a soft, fuzzy Cluster w/ a
Neu! backbeat. No surprises there. _Deluxe_ wasn't as good but is a
pretty potable brew all the same (with a sound more comparable to the
contemporaneous Kraftwerk sound ('75, Ralf und Florian).
