Couple of friends of mine spent a couple of months in military prison here and developped a nice occuaption called vocal techno. Just exactly that. One would make the TB sound, one would make the bass drum and sometimes the hi-hats and rest can improvise more freely. They even wrote some lyrics. It is fun, try it. snow.
