That's GAK. There's been much conjecture about who's behind that one. RAC have another EP on Warp called Diversions and a single on Nucleus from a couple years ago. Actually, someone had figured out who it was. I can't remember who it was, but it wasn't the Orb. Just some soundalikes.

When the 'Geep' came out on that comp. it was supposed to be by the Orb. I have a Melody Maker article mentioning them specifically. A couple of months later an Orb spokesman denied that they had ever had anything to do with the track. It bloody sounds like them though - especially if you listen to "Live '93"(Plateau especially). I know that RAC stands for Richard and Chris, some have said they they run the arm of Nucleus records, said to be an offshoot of Warp. RAC has quite a few releases on Nucleus, and I'm whippin' out the wallet to any one who has these two 12"s: RAC "National Breakdown" (Nucleus...possibly white lable RAC "Monsoon/Yogomotion" (Nucleus...again, possibly a white) These two have eluded me big time.
