Yes, Andy Partridge was involved in the making of Terry Hall's new album,
he also collaborates with first generation ambient artist Harold Budd on
an album titled "Through the Hill" ( I think ). I haven't heard this yet,
but it should be pretty interesting. Another neglected classic I'd like
to uphold is the "Buddha of Suburbia" soundtrack by David Bowie, which
revisits his electronic Berlin era on several tracks. "South Horizon" is
particularly atmospheric, and slightly recalls "V2-Schneider" from the
excellent "Heroes" album. Bowie is also working with Brian Eno again,
which should result in some of Bowie's best music since the late seventies.
