I should probably check hyperreal about this, but I saw a "new" FSOL cd the other day and thought I'd finally found "Cascade". What it was, however, was a full-color, rendered-3D cover for _Accelerator_. I didn't catch the label. My version of this disc is on Jumpin' & Pumpin' records, dated 1991, and has a cover that brings acceleration to mind: blurred colored shapes coming out toward the viewer. It also has ten tracks. Does a) anyone have this same release? b) anyone have this "new" release? c) anyone know if there is a difference? Dave p.s. There's an article in "Details" about the death of the LA rave scene that was actually not a bad read. Someone did their homework. Of note, one song specifically mentioned as an important one in the early days was "Papau New Guinea". .----------------------------------------------dmanning@dreamland.unomaha.edu | "Heaven knows it's got to be this time." dmanning@cwis.unomaha.edu | dmanning@eworld.com .-------------------------------------------- dgmanning@aol.com
