I just spoke to Todd at URB about the Dust Brothers party this weekend -
bad news, they ain't showin'. Seems that the promoter (a dude from
North Carolina) who was supposed to pay for the ticket and get them out
here didn't, so they never got on the plane and headed for a vacation in
Italy. URB is trying to get Rabbit in the Moon as a substitute.
I cc this to idm because this also means that the other 4 or 5 American
dates that they were planning will not happen either. LA was to be the
first show.
