jon, from some of your IDM times i'd say you are a huge orbital fan...
or at least it seems that way...but beside the point!
1. orbital sticks to a lot of loops
2. loops aren't that great.
3. if orbital loops their breakz at well, it will sound a lot like moby's
attempts at hardcore...weak and boring and uninteresting.
4. there are great jungle artists out now that top anything orbital has ever
done (IMO)...i don
't think orbital could ever top omni trio and others. why not pick it up and
give it a listen yourself??

i think orbital are another example of overhype. every orbital album that comes
out is praised to the sky by NME, meloday maker, AP, oh everyone does it.
why don't breakbeat artists get this sort of praise as well? some of the music
is as good or better (better IMO)...
i'm still trying to figure out why when a brilliant album comes out it gets
no coverage at all if it has breaks. well. go figure.
we'll wait and see when it comes out, but your statement holds true of previous
statements that orbital will "elevate breakbeat"...
