Well, it depeneds on what 'putting finishing touches on it' means. For alot
of bands, it's undoubtedly possible because this means what it says -
tweaking a few last little glitches and mastering it. For other bands it
means doing 90% of the album (this is what it's been meaning to me lately
:) so it's doubtful that it would be possible if this were the case. The
real question is: which type of band is orbital?
i predict the album will come out on... my birthday, July 22 :-)
