the em:t gas is a guy from nottingham called mat jarvis.
the other gas is voight,of course.
i have mat jarvis's 0095 album,and some trax he sent me from the album =
that didnt get released.he's sorting out a new deal(it was 2 months =
since ive spoke to him),so i dont know what the score is now.
he wrote to voigt a good while ago to alert him to the fact that he had =
chosen the same name,and would obviously cause confusion in the =
electronica circles,but there was no reply.
the 'other' gas's best album is the first one for me-'gas'.
more primitive and coarser in feel,but more melodic.
the only gas thing im missing is oktember,if anyone's got it?
i'd love to get my hands on all his kriesel stuff as well.
