Urp... I did the original CFD in December of '91. It got voted down. Then
someone in the UK created it anyway. Brian was around before the creation,
and I'm fairly certain he saw it bantered around on alt.config. Lazlo Nibble
also had some part in the ensuing discussion, although I can't remember if he
was pro or con.
