If you want to feel like you're drowning in a sewer you could check out
Coil's "The Pope Turned Upside Down" from, I think, Unnatural History. I
once put this on a mix tape which I failed to label, then spent the next two
weeks wondering where that wonderfully gurgly, nasty piece of sound came from.
I don't think it's really what you're looking for, but it certainly fits
into the water theme. Albeit from the bowels of the earth... =)
