My point was that using the Reynolds book as a history lesson for IDM is
missing a lot of the picture and that techno played a big part in the IDM
past (esp. the UK) - therefore checking Dan Sickos book is IMO a good thing.
IDM is pretty interesting as a genre because currently, it seems to bear
little or no resemblence to the tracks that formed it in the first place.
