Me too. My band is called Kinetic Illusion and has loads of floating
members but I only record tracks with one other person at a time. At the
moment, we have a tape on release called "Cosmic Strings" which is available
in Ambient Soho and also from the record stall at Megatripolis (but they`ve
sold out). Next month I`m recording a 6-track mini-album for DJ Rockit
(owner of Ambient Soho) who`s setting up a record label. I`m developing
six of the eight tracks that are on the Cosmic Strings tape, and that should
be limited to 500 12"`s at first, but we may do more later.
Also: when I gave my "Cosmic Strings" tape to Megatripolis they thought it
was a DJ tape of mine for some reason, and they found out last week that it
was actually my own stuff. So the label that they run (Dream) wants to
release a 12" single from it, and it`ll probably be called "Helicopters Over
Kempshott" and be out in summer.
And look out for Kinetic Illusion playing live at Zero Gravity either at
the end of February or the end of March, and also playing at Megatripolis
sometime in the Spring hopefully.
