I think the samples come from the Galaxy Being episode of THE OUTER LIMITS
highly recommended by the three strikes film crew.

The Low End Aquatic Scout Team (LEAST) has returned from a two week tour
DEEP inside the new aphex twin release (ON). Batten down the Hatches!
The impending TP review is tickling my sonar. I suspect it will surface
sometime week. Warning! If you are flying a 4/4 909 flag i would suggest
keeping an eye on the horizon for the three letters *D.U.B.* which will
identify its arrival and allow you to take preventive measures.
Otherwise be prepared to be broadsided by Brown beard and his crew of
maurauding sound pirates.
