i don't think it's worth that much... very few things are. and as it's part of the Warp "artificial intelligence" series, it should be coming out as a domestic US disc some time in the future. unless Wax Trax wants to end at Fuse, for some reason...

best one i can think of is "house of acid jazz" on astralwerks. i also like instinct's "best of acid jazz 1" - make sure you get the version with "control yourself cousin" on it.
