In Australia, and undoubtedly Europe too, we have Video's that can play
both NTSC and PAL on PAL televisions (some interpolation is done to
fill the gaps in the line numbers) - these aren't expensive either.
Can youg get these in the US ? No, I'm not suggesting you go out and
buy one to watch 5 minutes of MTV ;-)
