Anybody know if the _All Music Guide to Electronica_ has actually been
printed yet? Since it's entry first came into books-in-print close to 8
months ago it seems to be lingering in the database as "not yet
available" ... can any of the contributors assist with some info? The
delay is getting ridiculous -
