they sometimes are. recently i was disappointed by a few CD's because the low-bitrate clips made them sound more cool and raw than they were. it does sound empty compared to her usual work but i'm willing to give it a shot. you know, kudos for trying the experiment outside of the comfort zone. i also like things like nurse with wound's "homotopy to marie" where there's a sound and then silence for like 5 seconds and then a different sound and so on. hmm, funny now you say it's "not bad" while before you said it "sucks big time"! i may end up not liking it who knows, but i love most of what she has her hands in so i'm giving it a shot.
