Yeah, Camdens not so good for nightlife - mostly full of rock clubs, teenagers, tourists and shifty dope peddlers (you'll get ripped off - i wouldn't bother with them). Its quite good to see once, but if you wanna check any nightlife you'll need to travel. Friday night is the Daedelus album launch party at Corsica studios: http://www.last.fm/event/564776 - that'll be more worth it to see Rustie playing. Public Enemy will playing "Takes A Nation Of Millions" with Kool keith in support - http://www.last.fm/event/500009 Theres a big dubstep night at The End with Skream, Benga, Martyn, Appleblim - http://www.last.fm/event/622919 - go early for that if you are, the last one sold out superquick. Saturday seems like only bigger events: Gay Against You - http://www.last.fm/event/542312 If superclubs are your thing, Fabric has Superpitcher, Michael Mayer, Dave Clark and Radioactive Man - http://www.last.fm/event/569263 And then there is Jimmy Edgar and Si Begg down at the Amersham Arms - http://www.last.fm/event/626051 For record stores, you're better heading down to SoHo - check out Phonica - http://www.phonicarecords.co.uk on Poland Street and Sounds Of The Universe - http://www.soundsoftheuniverse.com/ theres a couple of other stores on Berwick street which is parallel with Poland St. -thor --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
