Brian -- i desperately want to get you and Alan lockett in a room
together, flip through fifty or sixty albums and tape-record the subsequent
back-and-forth. If either of you are even half as mordant and wonderful in
person as you are in email i reckon i could go around forcing random
reviewers and record shop employees to listen the resultant audio as
a cautionary tale : "This is the par, bub -- measure up or shut up"
Thanks
