First and foremost I would reccomend Tipsy. Excellent weirdo lounge
music. The Tipsy remix album from several years ago might be a good
place to start because it features a number of remixes by musicians that
might fall into the nebulous realm of "experimental lounge" so you might
find a bunch of tangents to explore through that.
The Stock, Hausen & Walkman pair of Organ Transplants albums are also
very good and pretty loungy.
And then Messer Chups / Messer Fur Frau Muller are two related bands
doing a kinda lounge/surf thing that I like a lot.
And you can't go wrong with End... his more recent stuff kinda straddles
lounge, surf and spy music. My personal favorite is The Sounds of Disaster.
