Decibel Festival in Seattle is awesome. It happens in September and is in it's third year. I went to both of the first two and I highly recommend it. It features all kinds of electronic music from artists from all over the world. Go to www.decibelfestival.com and click on "Festival Info" to see all about last years fest.

Subject: FEST recommendations!!!
hey there,
i've got some time this summer and was hoping to check out some music fests
(electronic, weirdo,... weirder the better i guess)... and don't really know
where to start.. hell, i went to OZ fest last summer up near Buffalo to see
Mastadon (fcking immense), Maiden (good), and Sabbath (bad)..
i live in brooklyn and there are surprisingly few (to my knowledge) fests here
in the summer. seems permits might be a particular pain or something...
anyway, if you know of any fun, weird fests in the area, or across the nation,
or world (planning on doinmg some traveling), let me know!
