which service do you use to get cd inserts? brochures or will they do
custom stuff?

i always like to support the small guys..
but when it comes to printing, the small guys almost always end up
costing anywhere from two to six
times as much as a large printing company.
hands down the cheapest printer in north america is vistaprint.com
compare their prices to the rest and you'll be blown away.
i've used them for postcards, inserts, business cards, etc...
