ya. just grab any sound recording program, and set your windows recording
device to either "what you hear" or "wave". that's the easiest way to do it.
but its time consuming because you're recording whatever you hear, so you
have to play the whole thing. im sure the guys on here know how to extract
audio from the video itself. What is the file format? avi, avi (divx), mpg..
etc?
