Good hello!
There's some good time coming up, and I wanted to make sure you were all
in the know about it.
Any of you heard of R_Garcia? You know the fellow - tall guy, runs the
Nophi (www.nophi.net) record label, likes to drink beers, and can ROCK
THE MF'ing PARTY? Yeah, well, he's going to be starting a new tour here
in the next week or so, and luckily for Orlando, his first (oops, I mean
second) stop will be here.
Any of you know Le Major Sellecion? You know the fellow - curly hair, a
little lanky, runs the Consumer Electronics (www.ce-mu.net) label, makes
that FREAKY AZZ BARRAGE CORE? Yeah, well, he's just recently moved back
to Florida, and this will be his first performance since being back.
He's got tons of new stuff, and will be dropping it more definitively
than a freshman theater major drops matrix algebra.
Any of you know Drone Operator? You know the fellow - tall, knows how
to blend in, has a million compositions of FUNKY, MINIMAL NEOTECH-BREAKS
that turn the wall flowers into dancing, convulsing party animals? Yeah
- he and I are going to be revisiting our "tag-team" structure that's
been working so well with the parties lately.
Any of you know Xenlab? You know the fellow - a little short, looks a
little like Anton LeVay, codes by day and by night mashes 50 POUNDS OF
MP3'S INTO A 20 POUND SACK? He'll be there too, to display all the
newest science like so many butterflies pinned to a board, both at the
beginning and end of the evening.
And you wanna know the best thing about all this? It's free. Well,
you'll probably want to bring a little money for drinks and merch, but
admission is complimentary. Not only that, but this show will be at
Knock Knock, known the world over for the strength of their drinks. Ever
wonder why they don't have more live performances there? So do we.
Also, some super secret free CD giveaways all night by the performers
will mean that even if you show up empty handed, you won't leave that
way.
