I havent personally heard of him but on a related note
- I was discussing non-paying bidders with a coworker
who noted that some people have an addiction and just
bid like crazy irregardless of whether they plan on
paying.
The other theory is they bid on 100 different items in
the hopes they'll actually win 20. When they find
they've won 70 items they just choose to pay for those
they really want and/or can afford. I think the term
is called hedging your bets...
