It's still a way off so I don't think anyobody's selling them yet, but
usually Mezzanine shows are put on by blasthaus and tickets are available
via paypal at their website (
http://www.blasthaus.com/) -- they have a
good announcement mailing list too. They hosted the Warp tour last
year and really did a nice job.
