Why dont you just call it IDM?
Everbody has another name to call it, bur everbody knows this music as
IDM, too. If everyone called it different, how do you want people to
know what are you talkin about? There is no reason for personal names
to a genre called globally IDM. If you say to a person that you list
to idm music and that person dont know what are you meaning for, thats
ok. Not everbody knew the term Punk or HipHop, or even Grunge at the
same time.
Lets just called it idm, is the term that everbody knows. This way the
genre will grow up, as it has been growing up all this time, i think
thats what everbody want.
When i first heard this music, i knew it as idm and i dont thoug wrong
about the name. If anyone critics a genre for his name, he has to be
very stupid, music is more than just a name
