Dunno what ever became of Phonem. www.phonem.de used to be his website, but it's been down for ages. The Morr site doesn't make any reference that he's a current artist or that now defunct website. The only mention of Phonem on the Morr site is in the back catalog section where they have info on his releases.
I can't say for sure, but judging from the way the Spike 12" sounds and they way PBO sounds, I really doubt it was a collaboration.
