Actually I don't know about the precompiled version - i put it on a
friends mac for her. I do remember that it was much easier than playing
around with fink (for those not appreciating the terminal, or those
with less time to spend faffing).
I'll install the precompiled version on my machine and try it for a
while and report back :-)
