if you get big and your still doing your thing than I think it's cool. i.e. like hip-hop which brought a different musical culture into top 40 radio and then became something wholly different as money came in. If you get big because you change your sound so easy listening audiences and justin timberlake fans like it and you sell more records then you've lost it. but as this list has proved, idm fans come in a lot of varieties including easy listening. What's funny is reading about studios in the 60s and the 70s Most of the hippie rock of the 60s was a series of bands created by studios because they needed a new product, it was remarkably hard for musicians outside of the studio system (i.e. actual bands) to get signed. peace, A
